The Psych Hub family includes two clinics located in the heart of Castle Hill. Sydney Psych Hub focuses on providing warm, safe and compassionate care to adults while Youth Psych Hub provides a comfortable and respectful space for kids, youth and families. To compliment our current team, we are seeking a warm, friendly, confident and experienced medical receptionist to join our business and grow with our team. Our practice operates as paperless and manages all processes via online platforms.

Who are we?

We have a team of psychologists who work across two sites to provide mental health and psychological support to children and adolescents including their families, adults of all ages.  We are well connected within the local community and our core values are Empowerment, Community, Resilience, Respect, and Hope.

What are we looking for?

• Previous receptionist experience in general practice or allied health practice (ideally 2 years)
• Commitment and dedication
• A positive attitude, enthusiasm to learn and initiative to get tasks done
• High level of computer skills, including familiarisation with practice management systems
• Good communication skills to liaise effectively with clients & team members- over the phone & in person
• Excellent time management & organisational skills
• Understanding of confidentiality requirements
• Available to cover 2 days per week and fortnightly Saturdays and cover other staff when required during periods of leave and sickness
• Current police check and working with children check
• Available to start soon
